Last week, we received positive feedback from a Libyan client. Two months ago, he signed a mixed order with us for 120 tons of galvanized round pipes, 20 tons of galvanized wire, and 4 sets of 20ft prefab container offices. This batch of steel pipes was shipped in four 40GP containers and arrived 30 days after the vessel set sail.
Client Background
The client is a local building materials trader, mainly producing various types of perimeter fencing. This procurement was for the production of welded tubular fences for coastal areas and township areas. At the initial stage of procurement, the client only inquired about galvanized pipes.
However, during in-depth communication, we learned that his project also required galvanized wire for fixing rebar ties on fences, as well as mobile prefab container offices for on-site customer reception rooms. Leveraging our complete product line, we customized a “one-order full-package” procurement solution for the client, covering all steel materials and supporting needs for his project.

(The pipes purchased by the client are mainly used for end posts, corner posts, and horizontal rails of the fences.)
Project Production
- The galvanized pipes for this project were made from high-quality cold-rolled steel strips with full and uniform welds. They were hot-dip galvanized with a Z180 zinc coating, meeting the client’s requirements for use in coastal or soil environments.
- The supporting GI wire was also hot-dip galvanized, with wire diameter tolerances strictly controlled within standard ranges. The small-package packaging was customized according to the client’s workers’ usage habits, making it easy to carry on-site and facilitating quick tying operations.
- The 4 sets of 20ft prefab flat pack container homes used our self-produced steel pipes as the frame, with metal sandwich panels as walls and roofing. The internal electrical system was pre-installed to standard in one go, with lamps, switches, sockets, and air circuit breakers all fully equipped. The client could use them immediately upon delivery, saving the hassle of on-site secondary wiring.
Quality Inspection and Logistics Transportation
We implement a strict quality control process for every export order: online inspection during production, combined with comprehensive re-inspection of chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensions, and appearance at the finished product stage, ensuring that all shipped products are fully qualified. For the prefab container offices, we conducted complete sealing tests and electrical safety trial runs before delivery, ensuring “zero-defect” handover.
