Hot Rolled Seamless Tubes are manufactured using a high-temperature punching and rolling process. The standard material is carbon steel, and they feature a fully seamless, round structure. Key characteristics include high pressure resistance, large diameter, and thick walls. They are used in high-temperature and high-pressure pipeline engineering.
Glory Steel is a manufacturer of hot rolled seamless steel pipe. We standard produce hot-rolled seamless tubes with an outer diameter ≥32mm and support customized wall thicknesses and fixed cutting lengths.

Production process
Hot rolling is the main process for producing seamless tubes.
Mainly includes the following steps:
Billet heating → Die piercing → Rolling → Reheating of rough tube → Gradual diameter reduction → Heat treatment → Straightening → Finishing → Inspection (non-destructive, physical and chemical, bench inspection) → Warehousing
Key processes
- Piercing: This step creates the basic tube shape. The raw material is a solid round billet, which is subjected to multiple pressure tests to form a rough tube.
- Rolling: The thicker-walled rough tube is rolled and skewed multiple times to produce a rough tube with the target wall thickness.
- Finish Rolling: This step involves refined rolling to achieve a finished tube with higher precision and surface quality.

FAQ
Q1: What is the difference between hot-rolled seamless steel pipe and cold-drawn seamless steel pipe?
Hot-rolled pipes are formed at high temperatures, allowing for large diameters and thick walls at a lower cost; cold-drawn pipes offer higher dimensional accuracy, with smaller diameters and thinner walls.
Q2: Do you support customized sizes and anti-corrosion coatings?
Yes. Non-standard outer diameters, wall thicknesses, and standard lengths can all be produced; galvanizing, 3PE, and FBE anti-corrosion coatings can all be processed according to your drawings.
Q3: Can you send samples for testing free of charge?
Short samples up to 50cm are provided free of charge; the customer only needs to bear the international shipping costs. This cost will be refunded after the finished product order is placed.
