Product Types
- Type E: Electric resistance welded pipe, mainstream specification in the market with outstanding cost performance.
- Type F: Furnace-welded pipe, applied for general low-pressure scenarios.
- Type S: Seamless pipe with the highest pressure bearing capacity and a higher cost, used for special environments.

- Rust and weather resistance: Its anti-oxidation service life is more than 3 times that of black iron pipe, with a service life of several decades, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The zinc coating features strong adhesion and requires infrequent maintenance.
- Excellent pressure resistance: Superior mechanical properties; higher wall thickness brings greater pressure bearing capacity. Sch 40/Sch 80 grades are available per project requirements to withstand heavy impact.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process
Our 1.5-inch galvanized steel pipes are manufactured via high-temperature continuous hot-dip galvanizing process. After pickling and flux treatment, the steel pipes are immersed in molten zinc liquid at 450℃ to form dual protective layers consisting of zinc-iron alloy layer and pure zinc layer, delivering far stronger adhesion and corrosion resistance compared with electro-galvanized (cold galvanized) products.
