Two Main Coating Technologies
- Hot-dip coating (dip coating): Immerse the preheated steel pipe into the fluidized bed of PVC powder. The plastic coating is uniform with strong adhesion, making it suitable for both internal and external plastic coating.
- Extrusion coating: Coating the surface of the steel pipe with PVC using an extruder.High production efficiency, suitable for external coating.

Q1: What is the difference between PVC coated rigid conduit and ordinary galvanized conduit?
A: Ordinary galvanized pipes rely only on zinc layer for corrosion protection and are easy to corrode in humid, acidic and alkaline environments. PVC coated rigid conduit adds a dense outer PVC protective layer, greatly improving corrosion resistance and service life. Our performance is equivalent to well-known branded pvc coated rigid conduit such as Ocal and Robroy.
Q2: Are both inner and outer walls covered with PVC?
A: The outer wall adopts thick protective PVC layer. The premium grade has an ultra-thin polyurethane inner coating (not PVC). The economical grade retains the original galvanized inner wall without plastic coating.
Q3: Temperature resistance of PVC coating?
A: Working temperature range: -20°C ~ 70°C. Special customized PVC formula is available for higher temperature requirements.
Q4: Can you provide material certificates?
A: MTC certificates (EN 10204 3.1/3.2) are provided with goods. SGS, BV and other third-party inspections are acceptable.
