Production & Quality Control
Our professional QC department implemented full-process quality control for this batch of Q235B straight seam welded steel pipes, completely avoiding quality problems such as welding defects, dimensional deviations, and substandard corrosion resistance.
Strict incoming inspection is carried out on raw materials, including the chemical composition and mechanical properties of hot-rolled steel strips, ensuring that yield strength, tensile strength, and low-temperature impact toughness meet standards.
Production employs high-precision ERW resistance welding technology, resulting in a single weld with a smooth, flat surface free of cracks and incomplete welds.

Quality Inspection
All steel pipe welds undergo online non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure weld sealing and structural stability meet standards.
Standardized length cutting and deburring of pipe ends facilitate customer welding and installation.
Logistics, Export & Delivery Process
This project adopts a factory-to-ship shipping model, ensuring standardized export and timely delivery to the destination port.
Steel pipes are grouped and bundled with steel straps. All container loading operations are supervised by dedicated personnel throughout the process, with reasonable planning of cargo placement to ensure stable stacking and even stress distribution.

Shipment Details
The goods are loaded onto a ship at Tianjin Port and shipped directly to Port Klang, Malaysia.
Upon arrival at the port, our company assists the client in preparing customs clearance documents and guides customs clearance, delivery, and collection at the destination port.
