Production Process
Two core production procedures: ERW welding and hot-dip galvanizing.
1. ERW Welding
Hot rolled steel coils are slit into strips, formed and welded into straight seam black tubes, deburred and cut to required lengths.
2. Hot-dip Galvanizing
Raw black pipes go through pickling for surface cleaning, multiple dipping in a molten zinc bath, followed by passivation and drying.
Quality Inspection
Strict tests cover dimension tolerance, zinc coating thickness, straightness, and mechanical property inspection.

4 Main Connection Methods for Scaffolding Tube
- Butt connection: Straight sleeve butt coupler connects two tubes in a straight line for vertical standards.
- Right-angle connection: Fixed vertically by right-angle couplers to connect standards and ledgers for the main frame setup.
- Swivel connection: Adjustable swivel couplers for inclined braces and diagonal supports with variable angles.
- Ringlock connection: Pre-welded discs on tube body, fixed by wedge pins without bolts for fast erection, Q355B is the preferred material for heavy-load ringlock system.
