Pre-galvanized steel pipe is produced by forming tubes from pre-galvanized steel strips, also commonly referred to as Pre GI pipe. It can be manufactured into multiple cross-sections: round tube, oval tube, square & rectangular tube, with a wide range of diameters. Featuring bright surface finish, it is an economical galvanized tubing suitable for general working conditions.

Process Description
Pre-galvanizing: The steel strip is galvanized prior to tube forming, then roll-formed and welded into pipes. It features bright appearance and outstanding cost-performance. For outdoor heavy corrosion environments, hot-dip galvanized pipe is recommended.

This product is economical, lightweight structural tubing, suitable for regular light-corrosion engineering projects in Asia, Europe, South America and Africa. NOT applicable for fluid transportation or heavy-load primary structural members. Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe is suggested for high-corrosion and heavy-duty projects.

- Bundled Packing: Preferred for export. For OD ≥20mm, 6m straight pipes. 6–50 pcs per bundle, fixed with steel strips; plastic end caps optional.
- Woven Bag Packing: For small-diameter thin-wall tubes, protects zinc coating from scratching during transit, suitable for samples & small orders.
- Pallet Packing: Bundled on fumigated wooden pallets, EPE foam cushion between layers, stretch film wrapped outside for sea container shipment.
