Main functions

• Displacement compensation: Primarily alleviates deformation and axial/axial displacement in pipelines caused by vibration and expansion/contraction.
• Vibration reduction and noise reduction: Reduces amplitude and noise in fluid equipment such as pumps and compressors, as well as in automotive exhaust systems.
• Strong sealing performance: Its corrugated structure combined with threaded connections provides high sealing performance, further enhanced by a chromium oxide film on the SS material surface.

Production process

1. Steel Strip Slitting: Glory Steel uses precision 304/316 stainless steel coils, slitting them into corresponding stainless steel strips according to pipe diameter.
2. Corrugation Forming: Hydroforming (small and medium diameters) and roll forming (DN300 and above) are available. Continuous rolling using our professional corrugated pipe forming machine creates a regular corrugated surface.
3. Welding: We use high-frequency welding or laser welding, resulting in smooth welds and excellent sealing.
4. Surface Treatment: Overall rounding and sizing. Polishing, pickling, passivation; optional PVC, PTFE, or metal woven mesh outer coating.
5. Quality Inspection: Includes weld flaw detection, airtightness testing, fatigue life testing, burst pressure testing, and wall thickness and diameter inspection.‌
