Proceso de producción
- ERW High-frequency Longitudinal Welding: Steel strip coil is formed into round tube and welded by high-frequency electric resistance welding, with full weld bead and controllable internal burrs.
- Red Coating: Air spraying process. After steel pipe surface derusting and dust removal, red anti-rust paint is applied.
- Economy type: Single coat red anti-rust paint
- Heavy-duty type: Anti-rust primer + red topcoat (two coats for better anti-corrosion) Custom colors available according to customer color card.

Q: What is the difference between red painted steel pipe and galvanized pipe?
A: Red painted pipe is painted externally, while galvanized pipe is coated with metallic zinc. Tubo galvanizado provides higher corrosion resistance, while red painted pipe delivers better color identification.
Q: How long can the paint film last?
A: Normally 3–8 years for outdoor service, subject to environment and film thickness. For high-humidity or strong UV regions, galvanized + painting or powder coating is recommended.
Q: Can red painted steel pipe be used for fire protection systems?
A: Ordinary red-painted pipe is NOT suitable for fire fighting systems. Fire pipes must comply with special standards such as ASTM A795.
